BioOS system configuration

BioOS has:

1. There are: "bio" user  "BiO" group
2. /BiO is the top directory
3. /BiO/Apply etc is an action folder
4. BioOS BioWiki is installed as a wiki system http://localhost  will show you the Biowiki page
